Does the tap take up a lot of space?

Not at all. A model for medium-sized crowds measures just 18 cm wide x 30 cm deep x 33 cm tall, and houses the entire cooling circuit plus compressor in one compact unit.

Do you need any special setup for installation?

No, a standard power socket is all you need.

Are DKF kegs compatible with other tap machines?

Yes, our kegs use the classic Keg fitting, just like beer kegs — in fact, our taps work for beer too.

Is commissioning complicated?

We offer customers a full commissioning, collection and final sanitisation service using specific products. Every DKF tap comes with a QR code linking to a tutorial video, in case you'd like to set it up yourself.

How many types of taps can I have at an event?

It depends on your needs. Mobile units with one or two taps are the most common, but fixed or under-counter systems with a variable number of outlets — 4-way, 8-way and so on — are also available. DKF can supply, install and design these together with you, tailored to your business.

I need to renovate my venue, bar or restaurant — can I ask DKF for technical help?

DKF has the experience and expertise to install the best solution for any need: floor plan design, counters, core drilling, under-counter systems and more.

How do I store the kegs? Do they need to be kept cold?

No, DKF cocktails can be stored at room temperature — the machine chills the liquid instantly as it's poured.

Does DKF deliver across Switzerland?

Yes, thanks to our courier partnerships, DKF ships individually boxed kegs to every corner of Switzerland.

Does DKF carry out tap repairs and after-sales service?

We provide support across the whole range for our affiliated customers.

Can I get a price list — how much do DKF products cost?

Every quote is tailored to the customer. To put together an offer, we look at the venue, the distance, the number of tap machines, the type of cocktails, the number of guests, and therefore the kegs required, and so on.
