DKF was founded in Ticino on a simple conviction: a great cocktail shouldn't be complicated. Since 2020 we've been the first business in Switzerland specialising in keg mixology, with original recipes developed and tested in-house, served in a can or on tap to the same professional standard. We select craft spirits and liqueurs, mostly made in Italy, and put our name behind exclusive creations like the Pink Gin and the Violet Spritz. We focus on the few things that really matter: full flavour, carefully chosen ingredients, total convenience. No trends to chase, no inflated promises. Just cocktails that work, from a home aperitivo to a major event.
